Questions we get before people sign up
What does "start for free" actually mean?
There's a permanent free plan: 100 SKUs, one feed, no card. It's not a trial that expires; you can leave a small catalog on it indefinitely. Paid plans start at $4.99 a month when you outgrow it.
Which plans include the AI?
AI content generation and translation start on Standard, at $9.99 a month. Basic covers mapping, filtering and publishing. Standard allows five AI configurations, Premium ten with four times the monthly token budget.
How is the AI different from pasting products into ChatGPT?
It runs over the whole catalog at once and writes against each channel's rules (character limits, required attributes, banned promotional words) using your product data as the source. Set the tone and constraints once, apply them to thousands of products, regenerate whenever the catalog changes.
How long does setup take?
Most stores have their first feed live the same day. Connect the store or upload an export, pick a channel template, run the mapping, publish.
Will it work with my store platform?
If it can export product data as XML, CSV, TSV, JSON or a Google Sheet, Textfinity can read it. Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, PrestaShop and BigCommerce are the common ones; custom exports are fine too.
What happens to my prices and stock levels?
Feeds re-sync on a schedule, so a price change or a sold-out line propagates to every connected channel without a manual re-upload. Filtering rules keep out-of-stock products out of your ads.
Can I manage several stores or clients from one account?
Yes. Feeds are independent, so agencies typically run one feed per client and channel. Talk to us about volume if you're past the Premium plan's limits.
