You get an email from the person who will set your feeds up, with what we need: read access to the store or the export URL, and which channels to start with.

We connect the catalog, map categories per channel, filter out what should not be advertised and set up the AI rules. You review the proposals and accept them.

Each channel gets a feed URL in the format it expects. We walk through Merchant Center, Commerce Manager or the channel's console with you, and Textfinity keeps the feeds in sync from then on.

What do you need from me?
Your store URL or a product export, and the channels you sell on. For Shopify we ask for read access to the store; for WooCommerce, Magento, PrestaShop and BigCommerce an export URL is enough. When we register the feeds you will need to be in the channel's console with us, since the account is yours.
What does it cost?
Your Textfinity plan, from $4.99 a month. Setting up a catalog that fits a plan is how we start you on the product, not a separate line. Above 5,000 SKUs, or if you manage several client catalogs, we quote per catalog.
How long does it take?
Building a feed takes minutes once we have your store or export and know which channels you sell on. Most of the time goes into registering it in each channel's console, which we do with you. Most stores go from first email to a live feed the same day.
Will it work with my store platform?
If it can export product data as CSV, TSV, Google Shopping XML or a Google Sheet, Textfinity can read it. Shopify connects directly; WooCommerce, Magento, PrestaShop and BigCommerce connect through an export URL, and custom exports are fine too.
Do I need to do anything in the meantime?
No. If you want to look around first, the free plan takes 100 products through the whole pipeline without a card, and anything you set up there carries over.
Your catalog stays in Europe
Feed processing runs on German infrastructure, and the AI models are pinned to EU-hosted endpoints. Your product data is never sent to a US region.
