Comparison

DataFeedWatch vs Channable

Both are self-serve feed tools with published prices, which makes this one of the few comparisons in this market you can settle from the pricing pages. DataFeedWatch meters SKUs, feeds, shops and daily syncs across four plans. Channable meters a package of items, projects and channels, then a Core tier, then modules for PPC, marketplaces, orders and pricing. The numbers below are what each page showed on 2026-10-27.

We connect your store, build the feed and keep it in sync. Updated 2026-10-27.

At a glance

  • DataFeedWatch: Shop $64/mo (1k SKUs, 3 feeds, 1 sync/day), Merchant $84/mo (5k, 10, 2 syncs), Agency $239/mo (30k, 150, 5 syncs), Enterprise custom. 15-day trial with card. AI on every plan.
  • Channable: Core Standard €59, Plus €79, Pro €89 per month at the 5,000-item, 2-project, 6-channel package; 1, 3 or 24 syncs a day by tier; modules €30–99 each; trial with no time limit but no live channels until paid.
  • At 5,000 SKUs for feeds only: DataFeedWatch Merchant $84 (10 feeds) versus Channable Core Standard €59 (6 channels). Channable's syncs scale higher on Pro; DataFeedWatch's feed count scales higher on Agency.
  • Both read Shopify, files and Google Sheets. Channable sells PPC, marketplace orders and a Repricer as modules; DataFeedWatch sells search-ad feeds and CSS as add-ons and does not list order sync.

DataFeedWatch vs Channable pricing

DataFeedWatch's page is a SKU slider over four plans. Each plan fixes SKUs, feeds, shops, daily syncs and support level. Overage is per 1,000 SKUs ($5 on Shop down to $2 on Enterprise); 50 extra feeds cost $50; an extra shop on Shop costs $24. Yearly billing is advertised at 17% off. The trial is 15 days and requires a card. EU visitors see the same plans in euros.

Channable's page is a two-step configurator. Step one picks a package by item count; the Medium Business package (5,000 items, 2 projects, 6 channels) was the one that rendered, with Core Standard at €59, Core Plus at €79 and Core Pro at €89 a month. Step two adds modules: Marketplaces Standard €30, Order Connection €49, Repricer €49, PPC Standard €48 or Pro €71, Creatives Standard €30, and CSS at €29 or €99 per merchant. Every variant and language counts as an item. Going over the package triggers an automatic upgrade. Invoices go out on the 20th for the next month.

Limits that decide which one fits

Feeds versus channels. DataFeedWatch counts output feeds per plan: 3, 10, 150 and unlimited on Enterprise. Channable counts channels in the package: 6 on the Medium package. A store publishing to Google, Microsoft, Meta, Pinterest, TikTok and two comparison engines needs seven, which is Merchant on DataFeedWatch and a larger package on Channable.

Syncs. DataFeedWatch runs 1, 2 or 5 syncs a day by plan. Channable runs 1, 3 or 24 by Core tier. If stock moves hourly, Channable Core Pro at €89 publishes a higher ceiling than any DataFeedWatch plan.

Shops and projects. DataFeedWatch's Shop plan has one shop, Merchant two, Agency unlimited. Channable's Medium package has two projects. Agencies with many clients land on DataFeedWatch Agency ($239, unlimited shops, 150 feeds, MCC account, master rules) or a larger Channable package that did not render on the page.

AI. DataFeedWatch includes AI 1-Click Feed, titles, descriptions, categorization and data extraction on every plan, in ten languages. Channable splits it: categorization on Core Standard, product attributes, keyword generation and attribute translation on Plus, text generation and product images on Pro.

What each bundles beyond feeds

Channable's modules are the difference. PPC generates campaigns from the feed for Google Ads, Amazon Ads and bol. Marketplaces lists products with AI enrichment; Order Connection syncs orders and inventory; the Repricer automates prices on Amazon and bol. Creatives builds dynamic image templates. CSS gives a Google Premium CSS margin advantage in EEA countries. None of this is in the Core price.

DataFeedWatch's extras are narrower: Automated Search Ads (feed-based text ads) from the plan price, Google CSS as a service, Performance Labels (custom labels from Google Ads data), and a Managed Service from $750. Its pricing page lists marketplace feeds but not order sync. If orders or campaign automation are part of the job, Channable publishes them and DataFeedWatch does not.

Where feed software set up for you fits

If the job is feeds only and you would rather not configure either platform yourself, both of these are more tool than needed. Textfinity is feed software that we set up for you: we configure feeds in it for Google, Microsoft, Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, Snapchat, Amazon, eBay, Kelkoo, Prisjakt and PriceRunner from templates, and for CSV channels such as Idealo, Awin or Criteo as custom feeds, with regex and expression rules, Google Sheet lookups, AI titles and translation, and feed hygiene, processed in the EU and quoted per catalog after a short call. Each feed is a URL that Merchant Center or Commerce Manager fetches on a schedule. It does not do PPC, marketplaces, orders or CSS, which is why it sits in the table as the third column and not as a replacement for either bundle.

Examples

Worked examples, by situation

Three rules that exist in both tools, with the rule Textfinity sets up for the feeds-only case.

Shoes · Google Shopping · 5,000 items · Shopify

Variant title with gender and size

Before

Title: Trail Runner 3

After

Title: Salomon Trail Runner 3 Women's Trail Running Shoes, Black, EU 39

How we set it up

We map title with an advanced expression: `[product_vendor] + " " + [product_title] + " " + [product_metafield_custom_gender] + " Trail Running Shoes, " + [variant_color] + ", EU " + [variant_size]`. DataFeedWatch: combine rule; Channable: if/then with multiple fields.

Garden · Microsoft Shopping and Idealo · 2,300 items · CSV export

Exclude items over 30 kg from one channel only

Before

2,300 items to both channels; 140 heavy items cannot ship to the Idealo market

After

2,300 items on Microsoft, 2,160 on Idealo

How we set it up

We add an exclude filter on the Idealo feed only: "shipping_weight is more than 30". Per-feed filters in all three tools (in Textfinity the idealo feed is a custom feed with idealo's columns); Channable needs a rule on the Idealo channel, DataFeedWatch an exclude on that feed.

Books · Meta catalog · 900 items · Google Sheet of ISBN to series

Series name from a Sheet lookup

Before

custom_label_1: (empty)

After

custom_label_1: Dune Saga

How we set it up

We map custom_label_1 as a replace from google sheet on ISBN, conditioned on "ISBN is in google sheet list" so unlisted books do not pass their ISBN through. DataFeedWatch accepts a Sheet as a source; Channable imports a publicly shared Sheet as a source; Textfinity uses the Sheet as a lookup table inside the rule.

Decide between DataFeedWatch and Channable in an hour

Five steps using only the two pricing pages and your own store.

  1. 01

    Count variants and channels

Both tools count every variant (and on Channable, every language) as a SKU or item. Count channels you will actually publish to in the next year.

  2. 02

    Price DataFeedWatch from the slider

Pick the plan whose SKU, feed, shop and sync limits cover the count. Note the overage per 1,000 SKUs.

  3. 03

    Price Channable from the configurator

Pick the package by item count, the Core tier by syncs and AI needs, then add only the modules you use today. Compare the two monthly totals.

  4. 04

Check a set-up-for-you option if you only need feeds

If neither bundle's modules matter to you, send Textfinity your SKU and channel counts for a quote and compare it with the two monthly totals.

What we set up: We connect the store, build the Google Shopping feed from its template and add the filter rules your catalog needs.
  5. 05

Run the chosen feed as a second data source for one cycle

In Merchant Center or Commerce Manager (outside the feed tool), add the new feed, compare counts and disapprovals, then remove the old one and cancel the old plan before its billing date.

Customization tips

Make it yours

Price Channable in your currency

Channable publishes euros only. If you bill in dollars, convert at your card's rate and remember the invoice lands on the 20th for the following month.

Match syncs to stock volatility

Daily syncs are the quiet differentiator: DataFeedWatch 1/2/5, Channable 1/3/24. A store with stable stock saves money on the lowest tier of either; a flash-sale store needs Channable Pro or a tool with frequent rebuilds.

Decide AI needs before picking a tier

DataFeedWatch's AI is on every plan; Channable's text generation is Pro only (€89). If AI titles are the reason you want a tool, that changes which Channable tier you compare.

Do not buy modules on day one

Start Channable on Core and add Marketplaces or PPC when the channel is live; plan changes before the 20th apply the next month. On DataFeedWatch, add feeds in blocks of 50 only when you have more than the plan's count.

FAQ

Questions about datafeedwatch vs channable

Is Channable cheaper than DataFeedWatch?

At 5,000 SKUs for feeds only, Channable Core Standard is €59 a month against DataFeedWatch Merchant at $84, but Channable gives 6 channels and one sync a day where DataFeedWatch gives 10 feeds and two syncs with AI included. Add Channable modules or a higher Core tier and the order can flip. Price both from their configurators with your own counts.

Which has the better free trial?

DataFeedWatch's is 15 days with full access and requires a card. Channable's has no time limit but cannot activate channels, so you can build but not publish. Textfinity has no trial: it is quoted per catalog, we set the feeds up in it for you, and you check the feed output before any channel fetches it.

Does DataFeedWatch sync marketplace orders?

Its pricing page lists marketplace feeds but no order sync. Channable publishes an Order Connection module at €49 a month for orders and inventory.

Can either read a Google Sheet?

Yes. DataFeedWatch lists Google Sheets as a custom source on every plan. Channable's help center imports a Sheet that is shared publicly, updated at least daily. Textfinity reads Sheets as a source and uses them as lookup tables in mapping and filter rules.
