Comparison
Feedonomics vs Channable
These two are not the same kind of product. Feedonomics is a managed service: their team builds and runs feeds to 2,000+ destinations and the price is a quote. Channable is software you operate: Core plans from €59 a month at the 5,000-item package, with PPC, marketplaces, orders and pricing sold as modules. Which one fits depends on whether you want to hold the rules yourself, and the table below shows what each actually publishes.
We connect your store, build the feed and keep it in sync. Updated 2026-10-27.
At a glance
- Feedonomics: no published prices; plans tailored to SKU count, channel type, number of channels and service level; dedicated feed manager, hands-on implementation, 24/7 support; 2,000+ destinations; order orchestration.
- Channable: Core Standard €59, Plus €79, Pro €89 per month for 5,000 items, 2 projects and 6 channels; modules for Marketplaces (€30), PPC (€48–71), Order Connection (€49), Repricer (€49), Creatives (€30), CSS (€29–99 per merchant); trial with no time limit.
- Choose Feedonomics if you want someone else to run the feeds and you have the budget for a quoted contract. Choose Channable if you want to configure rules and campaigns yourself with a published monthly price.
- Textfinity is in the table for the feed-only case: feed software we set up for you, quoted per catalog, covering feeds and AI copy, with no PPC, marketplaces or orders.
Feedonomics vs Channable on pricing
Feedonomics' pricing page lists no plans. It says plans are tailored to your business based on SKU count, channel type, number of channels and service level, asks for a form to schedule a call, and states that it never takes a percentage of revenue. There is no published trial. The home page frames the product as full-service: a dedicated feed manager, hands-on implementation, market strategy and 24/7 support.
Channable's pricing page is a configurator. A subscription is a package (items, projects, channels) plus a Core tier plus modules. For the Medium Business package of 5,000 items, 2 projects and 6 channels, Core Standard is €59, Core Plus €79 and Core Pro €89 per month. Each module has its own price. Every variant counts as an item, overuse triggers an automatic upgrade, and invoices go out on the 20th for the next month. The trial has no time limit but cannot activate channels.
So the price comparison is a quote against a sum of listed parts. A Channable account with Core Plus, Marketplaces Standard and Order Connection at the 5,000-item package is €158 a month before PPC. Whether that is more or less than a Feedonomics contract for the same catalog is something only a Feedonomics quote can tell you.
Service model: who holds the rules
This is the real difference. With Feedonomics, their team ingests your data, writes the transformations and manages the channels; you request changes. With Channable, you build if/then rules in a project, map fields per channel and manage campaigns and marketplace listings in the modules; the vendor provides support, an academy and a help center.
The managed model suits teams with no feed specialist and catalogs complex enough that a mistake costs more than the fee. The self-serve model suits teams that want to change a title rule at 4 pm and see it in the feed by the next sync. Channable's Core Pro publishes up to 24 syncs a day, rule versioning and activity logs, which only matter if you are the one making the changes.
Channels, marketplaces and orders
Both cover advertising feeds and marketplaces, but they publish it differently. Feedonomics advertises 2,000+ destinations across ad channels, marketplaces and AI surfaces, with order orchestration and sync back to BigCommerce and Shopify. Channable's Medium package includes 6 channels; marketplaces, order and inventory sync and automated pricing on Amazon and bol are modules at €30 to €49 each.
Productsup, the other name that comes up in this search, is an enterprise feed management and syndication platform with pricing based on SKUs, feeds, platform modules, sync frequency, seats and countries, all by quote, and a free demo rather than a trial. It is the comparison for Feedonomics at the enterprise end; Channable is the self-serve mid-market option.
Where feed-only software fits
A store that only needs Google Shopping, Meta, TikTok, Pinterest or Microsoft feeds is paying for a lot of bundle on either platform. Textfinity is feed software quoted per catalog after a short call, and we set it up for you: mapping transforms, regex and expression rules, Google Sheet lookups and reviewed AI titles and translation, and each feed is a URL that Merchant Center or Commerce Manager fetches on a schedule. It has no PPC, no marketplace orders and no 2,000-destination reach, so it is the column for the feed-only case and nothing else.

Title structure for apparel
Before
Title: Oversized Hoodie (Feedonomics: ticket to feed manager; Channable: if/then rule on title)
After
Title: Nordform Oversized Hoodie - Women's, Heather Grey, L
How we set it up
We map title with an advanced expression: `[product_vendor] + " " + [product_title] + " - " + [product_metafield_custom_gender] + ", " + [variant_color] + ", " + [variant_size]`, with a plain combine rule as fallback where gender matches regexp ^\s*$.
Exclude discontinued and under-priced items
Before
2,200 items; 180 discontinued, 90 priced under €10
After
1,930 items in the Meta feed
How we set it up
We add two exclude filters: "status is equal to discontinued" and "price is less than 10". Channable: two if/then exclusion rules. Feedonomics: a change request.
Translated titles for three markets
Before
Title (all markets): Wooden Train Set 48 pieces
After
DE: Holzeisenbahn-Set 48 Teile · FR: Circuit de train en bois 48 pièces · NL: Houten treinset 48 stuks
How we set it up
We run an AI config per feed that enhances the title with a target language (German, French, Dutch), and once the generations are accepted we map title as a replace from AI config, English title as fallback. Channable's equivalent is AI attribute translation on Core Plus; Feedonomics handles it in-service.

How to decide between Feedonomics and Channable
A five-step evaluation that uses only published facts and your own numbers.
01
Count what you need run for you
List the feed tasks of the last quarter and who did them. If nobody on the team can own rules, you are a managed-service buyer and Feedonomics or a managed plan elsewhere is the shortlist.
02
Price Channable from its configurator
Set your item count (variants, not products), projects and channels, pick a Core tier by sync frequency and AI needs, then add only the modules you use. Write the monthly total down.
03
Get the Feedonomics quote for the same scope
Give them the same SKU count, channel list and service expectation. Ask what you own at exit and whether rule logic is exportable.
04
Check the feed-only case
If the channels are ad and shopping feeds only, ask a feed-only tool for a quote on the same scope and see if the bundle is needed at all.
What we set up: We connect the store and build the Google Shopping feed from its template, then the other ad and shopping feeds you list.05
Run the chosen tool alongside the old feed for one cycle
Add the new feed as a second data source in Merchant Center or Commerce Manager (outside any feed tool), compare product counts and disapprovals, then remove the old one.
Customization tips
Make it yours
Price Channable by variants
Channable's FAQ is explicit: each size, color and language is an item. A 1,200-product apparel store is often a 10,000-item account, which changes the package and the price.
Ask Feedonomics about exit terms before signing
The pricing page says nothing about contract length or what you keep. Ask for both in writing; a migration later is far cheaper if rule logic comes with you.
Separate CSS from the platform decision
Channable sells CSS per merchant and the margin advantage applies only in EEA countries. You can use a CSS partner with any feed tool, so decide it on its own.
Do not buy modules for a channel you have not launched
Start with Core and add Marketplaces or PPC when the channel is live. Channable lets you change plans before the 20th of the month, so there is no reason to prepay for a module you are still evaluating.

FAQ
Questions about feedonomics vs channable
Is Channable cheaper than Feedonomics?
Channable publishes prices (Core from €59 a month at the 5,000-item package, modules €30 to €99) and Feedonomics does not, so the only honest answer is that you can total a Channable subscription from its page and you need a quote for Feedonomics. Third-party contract estimates for Feedonomics exist but are not published by Feedonomics.
Feedonomics vs Productsup: what is the difference?
Both are quote-priced. Feedonomics is a full-service model with a dedicated feed manager and 2,000+ destinations; Productsup describes itself as an enterprise feed management and syndication platform priced on SKUs, feeds, modules, sync frequency, seats and countries, with a free demo. Productsup is the platform you operate at enterprise scale; Feedonomics is the team that operates it for you.
Does Channable have a free trial?
Yes, with no time limit: you can import data and build rules, but activating channels requires a paid subscription. There is no permanently free tier.
Do I need either for a small Shopify store?
Not for feeds alone. With Google, Meta, TikTok or Pinterest feeds only, feed-only software such as Textfinity, with the mapping, filters and scheduling set up for you, quoted per catalog. You need Channable or Feedonomics when marketplaces, orders or campaigns are part of the job.
