Comparison
Channable alternative
Channable sells a Core feed plan (€59 to €89 a month at the 5,000-item package) and stacks PPC, marketplaces, order connection, creatives and CSS on top as separately priced modules. If you only use the Core plan to build feeds, feed software that we set up for you does that job without the module bundle. If you use the PPC or marketplace modules, no feed-only tool is an alternative, and the real comparison is Lengow or Productsup.
We connect your store, build the feed and keep it in sync. Updated 2026-10-27.
At a glance
- Channable pricing (pricing page, checked 2026-10-27): Core Standard €59, Core Plus €79, Core Pro €89 per month for the 5,000-item, 2-project, 6-channel package. Modules: Marketplaces €30, PPC €48–71, Order Connection €49, Repricer €49, Creatives €30, CSS €29–99 per merchant.
- Switch to a feed-only tool if: you pay for Core only, your catalog is under 5,000 variants, and your channels are Google, Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, Microsoft or comparison engines. We set those feeds up in Textfinity for you, quoted per catalog, and the software rebuilds them on schedule.
- Stay, or move to Lengow or Productsup instead, if: you run PPC campaigns from the feed, list on marketplaces with order sync, use the Repricer, or need 24 syncs a day.
- Channable's trial has no time limit but cannot activate channels. With Textfinity we set the feeds up for you, and you check the output before any channel fetches it.
Channable pricing, as published
Channable's pricing page builds a subscription from three parts: a package (item count, projects, channels), a Core plan (Standard, Plus or Pro) and optional modules. The page we checked showed the Medium Business package of 5,000 items, 2 projects and 6 channels; other package sizes did not render, so the prices below are for that package only. Every variant counts as an item: a T-shirt in three sizes and three colors is nine items, and if you exceed the package Channable upgrades the subscription automatically. Invoices go out on the 20th for the following month and cancellation must happen before the 20th.
| Plan or module | Price | What it adds |

| Core Plus | €79/mo | Up to 3 syncs a day, AI product attributes, AI keyword generation, AI attribute translation, shared rules |
| Core Pro | €89/mo | Up to 24 syncs a day, AI text generation, rule versioning, user roles, analytics, AI product images |
| Marketplaces Standard | €30/mo | Marketplace listings with AI content enrichment |
| Order Connection / Repricer | €49/mo each | Order and inventory sync; automated pricing on Amazon and bol |
| PPC Standard / Pro | €48 / €71 per mo | Generated campaigns; one ad connection on PPC Standard, unlimited on PPC Pro |
| CSS Standard / Pro | €29 / €99 per merchant per mo | Google Premium CSS margin advantage, title optimizer, labels |

Prices in euros as shown for the 5,000-item package on 2026-10-27. Trial: no time limit, but channels cannot be activated without a paid subscription.
Who should switch from Channable, and who should not
Add up the modules you actually use. A store on Core Standard alone pays €59 a month for feeds, rules and one sync a day, and still configures every rule itself. Textfinity is priced per catalog after a short call, and we set the feeds up in it for you: the same mapping and filter work, AI titles where they help, and a feed URL that Merchant Center and Commerce Manager fetch on a schedule. That is the case for switching, and it is a strong one when the catalog is under 5,000 variants and the channels are advertising and shopping surfaces.
The case against is everything outside Core. Channable's PPC module generates campaigns from the feed, the Marketplaces and Order Connection modules list and sync orders on Amazon, bol and others, and the Repricer adjusts prices there. Textfinity does none of that: no campaign management, no orders, no price automation. If those modules are why you have Channable, the alternatives are Lengow (1,800+ channel integrations, modular usage-based pricing, order sync, dynamic pricing) or Productsup (enterprise platform, custom quote), both of which publish no list price. DataFeedWatch sits between: published prices from $64, feed-based search ads as an add-on, no order sync.
Channable vs Textfinity, Lengow and Productsup
The comparison table lists what each vendor publishes. DataFeedWatch is the only one with a full public price list; Channable publishes euro prices per package; Lengow and Productsup publish the factors that drive a quote, and Textfinity quotes per catalog after a short call. On features, all five import from Shopify and from CSV export URLs (Textfinity reads XML only in Google Shopping's RSS or Atom shape, and no JSON) and all five have a rules layer. Channable, DataFeedWatch and Textfinity accept a Google Sheet as a source (Channable requires the sheet to be publicly shared); Textfinity also uses Sheets as lookup tables inside mapping and filter rules.
Sync frequency is the clearest published difference: Channable's Core plans sync 1, 3 or 24 times a day by tier, DataFeedWatch 1, 2 or 5, and Textfinity rebuilds on each shop's schedule and within about five minutes after a mapping edit. If intraday stock accuracy is why you pay for Core Pro, check the schedule elsewhere before moving. Hosting is the other: Textfinity processes data and runs AI on EU infrastructure; the other vendors' pages do not state where customer data is processed.
Moving Channable rules to another tool
Channable projects are built from if/then rules: if a field matches a condition, set or modify another field. Any rules engine reproduces that shape. The conditions map onto filter operators and conditional mapping rules; the actions map onto transforms. A Channable rule that says "if category contains Shoes then set google_product_category to 187" becomes a conditional mapping rule with a static value. A rule that strips a size suffix becomes a regex replace. A rule that builds a title from four fields becomes a combine or an advanced expression.
The one thing to export before you cancel is the item list per channel after Channable's own filters, so you can confirm the product count matches in the new feed. Do this per project if you have more than one; the 2-project limit on the Medium package means most accounts have one or two.
Examples
Worked examples, by situation
Three Channable if/then rules rebuilt in Textfinity, with the before and after on a real-shaped product.
Category rule becomes a conditional mapping
Before
google_product_category: (empty) Channable: IF category contains "Hardloopschoenen" THEN google_product_category = 5867
After
google_product_category: 5867
How we set it up
We map google_product_category as a static value 5867 under the conditional rule "product_type includes Hardloopschoenen". One rule per category branch, or, when there are more than ten, a replace from google sheet conditioned on "product_type is in google sheet list" (the sheet replaces substrings, so the exact-match condition keeps unlisted types out).
Size suffix stripped from titles
Before
Title: Gold Hoop Earrings - 12mm - Size 12
After
Title: Gold Hoop Earrings - 12mm
How we set it up
We map title with remove from regexp `\s-\sSize\s\d+$`. Channable's "remove text after" rule covers the simple case; the regex also handles titles where the size is not last.
Exclude items without GTIN and over-length titles
Before
4,900 items exported, 310 without a GTIN, 42 titles over 150 characters
After
4,548 items in the feed; the 42 long titles flagged in feed hygiene and rewritten by an AI title config, which keeps titles at 100–150 characters
How we set it up
We add an exclude filter "barcode is blank" (filters read the export's own columns, before mapping); feed hygiene's length distribution shows the 42 over-limit titles; an AI config enhances those titles (Textfinity's fixed length: 100–150 characters, key information in the first 70); once the generations are reviewed and accepted, the feed uses them via replace from AI config with the original title as fallback.

Leave Channable in one billing cycle
Channable bills on the 20th for the next month, so start at the beginning of a cycle. The last step happens in the channel, not in Textfinity.
01
List the modules on your invoice
If the invoice is Core only, continue. If it includes PPC, Marketplaces, Order Connection or Repricer, a feed-only tool will not replace those; look at Lengow or Productsup for the whole bundle, or keep Channable for the modules and move only the feeds.
02
Export each channel's output
Download the generated feed per channel and note the item count after rules. These are the reference files.
03
Connect the store and merged sources
Shopify connects natively; everything else through the export URL Channable was reading. Attach any Google Sheet Channable imported alongside the catalog as a merged source joined on SKU or id.
What we set up: We connect your Shopify store or the export URL Channable was reading, and join any extra Google Sheet as a merged source on SKU or id.04
Rebuild the if/then rules
Conditions become filter rules or conditional mapping rules; actions become transforms. Check item counts against the reference after the filters are in.
What we set up: We turn each condition into a filter rule or conditional mapping rule, and each action into a rename, combine, regex replace or advanced transform.05
Verify awkward products
Search the product explorer for variants, sale prices and products that hit a regex rule, and compare the per-product output with the reference file.
What we set up: We check the per-product mapping output in the product explorer against your reference files.06
Replace the feed in each channel and cancel before the 20th (outside Textfinity)
Add the new feed URL as a scheduled fetch in Merchant Center, Commerce Manager, Microsoft Merchant Center or the comparison engine; we register it with you, or do it with the access you give us. Remove the Channable feed after a clean fetch, then cancel Channable before the 20th to avoid the next invoice.
Customization tips
Make it yours
Recount items before comparing quotes
Channable counts every variant and language as an item, so a 5,000-item package may be 1,200 products. Textfinity counts SKUs the same way, so send the variant count, not the product count, when you ask for a quote.
Keep CSS separate from the feed decision
Channable's CSS plans are priced per merchant and apply only in the EEA. Moving the feed does not require moving CSS; a Premium CSS partner can read any Merchant Center account. Decide the two independently.
Replace AI attribute translation with an AI config per language
If you used Core Plus for attribute translation across markets, Textfinity's equivalent is an AI config with a target language per feed, which we set up per market. We keep the source-language field as the fallback so untranslated products still publish.

FAQ
Questions about channable alternative
How much does Channable cost per month?
On its pricing page on 2026-10-27, Channable showed Core Standard at €59, Core Plus at €79 and Core Pro at €89 per month for a 5,000-item, 2-project, 6-channel package. Modules are extra: Marketplaces €30, PPC €48 or €71, Order Connection €49, Repricer €49, Creatives €30, and CSS €29 or €99 per merchant. Other package sizes change the Core price.
Lengow vs Channable: which is the better alternative?
They overlap on marketplaces, order sync and dynamic pricing, which is where Channable's modules live. Lengow claims 1,800+ channel integrations and modular usage-based pricing but publishes no list price; Channable publishes euro prices per package. If you need marketplace orders, compare those two on a quote. If you need feeds only, both are more platform than the job needs.
Productsup vs Channable?
Productsup positions itself as an enterprise feed management and syndication platform and prices by SKUs, feeds, modules, sync frequency, seats and countries, all by quote. Channable is self-serve with published package prices. Productsup is the comparison for large multi-country catalogs; Channable for mid-size stores that want to configure it themselves.
Is Channable free to use?
No. Its trial has no time limit and lets you import data and build rules, but activating channels and sharing product data with them requires a paid subscription. Textfinity works differently: we set the feeds up in Textfinity for you, and you see the output before any channel fetches it.
